Role Overview

As Vertical Lead – Healthcare, you are responsible for driving the national growth strategy and performance of the Healthcare vertical in India. You will lead go-to-market execution for an integrated portfolio of MV,LV, Building Automation, Digital Solutions, EV charging, and sustainability solutions, working across multiple Siemens businesses.
You will collaborate closely with regional sales teams, partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen market presence, increase share of wallet, and accelerate the adoption of customer-centric, value-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategy, targets, and execution for the Healthcare vertical
- Lead business growth through regional sales organizations and partner ecosystems
- Develop and execute annual vertical business plans, including GTM strategy and sales/partner enablement
- Drive business development with developers, customers, consultants, PMCs, and key influencers
- Increase account penetration and share of wallet through structured account development initiatives
- Promote digitalization and vertical-specific solutions aligned with customer needs
- Act as a thought leader for the Healthcare vertical

Qualifications & Experience

- Engineering degree or equivalent with 12–15+ years of experience
- Proven experience in the Healthcare segment
- Understanding of building infrastructure and solution-led selling (deep specialization not mandatory)
- Experience across direct and partner-led sales models
- Willingness to travel PAN India (~40%)
