We are looking for job title : Service Owner -PAN

You’ll create impact by

• Lead end-to-end service delivery, performance, quality, and continuous improvement across factory and production environments.
• Ensure OT services run optimally and securely, aligned with business, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Define and evolve the service vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to factory and business priorities.
• Lead all aspects of uptime, SLAs, KPIs, and service quality to meet agreed service outcomes.
• Align OT service architecture with target state and enterprise standards.
• Implement ITIL processes across request, incident, problem, and change management in OT environments.
• Coordinate multi-provider operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and consistent service delivery.
• Monitor performance, report on KPIs, risks, and improvements, and drive informed investment decisions.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• Apply solid grasp of IT and OT network technologies, including L2/L3 switching, firewalls, VLANs, routing, and segmentation.
• Experience (10+ years) with large‑scale network transformations or factory modernization projects.
• Deliver large-scale network transformations or factory modernization initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Use ITIL processes deeply to handle service lifecycle and operational excellence.
• Analyze sophisticated technical environments and translate insights into practical service improvements.
• Manage stakeholders across IT, OT, cybersecurity, factory operations, and service providers.
• Communicate clearly in English and collaborate optimally in multi-provider environments.
