Siemens Healthineers Customer Services is looking for a Senior Manager Customer Validation & Insights Governance (m/f/d) to further strengthen its global customer and user validation capabilities.

In an increasingly complex and digitalized healthcare environment, evidence-based decision making and customer centricity are critical success factors. This role focuses on establishing governance, standards and systems that enable scalable, high quality customer validation across digital solutions, services, offerings, and pricing initiatives. The position is designed as a senior individual contributor role with potential to evolve into a team leadership position as the capability matures.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You design and establish a global governance framework for customer and user validation, including standards, quality criteria, and compliance requirements in close collabroation with our UX organization.
  • You define and implement a scalable operating model for customer validation, covering intake, prioritisation, service levels, and decision logic.
  • You build and own a central customer insights repository, including taxonomy, documentation standards, access rules, and reuse mechanisms.
  • You establish and maintain a standardised template and process library (e.g., intake briefs, consent documentation, study designs, reporting and decision memos)
  • You act as senior sparring partner for complex or high impact validation initiatives across digital experience, service offerings, pricing, and bundling.
  • You closely collaborate with existing global feedback and oSAT teams and ensure alignment across tools, methods, and processes.
  • You work intensively with regions and countries, balancing global standards with local requirements and ensuring adoption in a matrix organization.
  • You enable internal stakeholders through guidelines, coaching, and best practice sharing.
  • You contribute to strategic decision making by translating customer insights into clear implications and recommendations.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a degree in business, social sciences, marketing, psychology, or a related field.
  • You bring many years of senior professional experience in customer research, user research, market research, insights, or comparable areas.
  • You demonstrate proven experience in building governance structures, standards, and scalable processes.
  • You have a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research and validation methods.
  • You have demonstrated experience working in global roles within matrix organizations.
  • Practical experience collaborating with regional and country organizations in an international setup.
  • Experience with enterprise feedback or research platforms is considered an advantage.
