Your mission will be…
- Support Support Functions controllers and Business controllers in operational activities;
- Assure support to Support Functions Controllers for budget and forecast reporting completeness within deadlines;
- Support Support Functions controllers in contracts creation and follow each contract until it is completely signed;
- Ensure costs charging invoicing (e.g. for general cost, employees cost, travelling cost, etc.) as well as any clarification needed and monitoring the respective status;
- Standard and specific support function reporting: preparation of Key data, scorecards, graphics, reports and analysis - key comments and highlights - data report and maintenance.
- University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory); Other language is a plus;
- Good MS Office knowledge, of which experience with Excel is appreciated;
- Strong communication skills and team oriented;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation and professional ethics;
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving;
- Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness.
