Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Key requirements are as follows:

  1. At least 10 years of proven experience in HV/EHV products, solutions, spares, and services.
  2. Service business experience and knowledge are preferred.
  3. Ability to build a strong sales pipeline, close gaps to exceed targets, and improve KPI-based forecasting.
  4. Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding annual sales targets.
  5. Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
  6. Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
  7. Provide an accurate, up-to-date view of account penetration, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and pipeline health.
  8. Work closely with customers and internal support teams to align offerings, develop use cases, and negotiate revenue-generating contracts that position Siemens as a trusted innovation partner.

What you bring

  • B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Prompt and responsive customer engagement.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the power transmission and distribution industry.
