About the Role

Siemens Kazakhstan is looking for a Sales Specialist in SI B (Smart Infrastructure Buildings) Unit in Astana (Kazakhstan) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Portfolio Development
Drive sustainable revenue growth for the assigned SI B portfolio by leveraging technical and commercial expertise. Identify opportunities, maximize customer value, and contribute to successful outcomes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Sales and business teams to ensure alignment and achievement of targets. Maintain transparency on pipeline development and keep stakeholders informed.
Provide structured feedback to portfolio stakeholders (e.g., Domain Management, Business Units) based on market trends and customer insights.

Customer Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, supporting them in selecting and implementing solutions that align with their operational and strategic needs.

Technical & Commercial Positioning
Integrate technical knowledge with commercial acumen to position the portfolio effectively and ensure a clear value proposition for customers.

Deal Execution Support
Contribute to advancing and closing deals by providing critical insights and expertise throughout the sales lifecycle.

Portfolio Scope

  • Fire Alarm and Voice Evacuation
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Access Control & Intrusion Alarm
  • Dispatching Systems

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in an international environment
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Languages:
    • Russian
    • English (pre-intermediate or higher)
