您在新角色中的使命:
作为敏捷开发团队的一员，您将与来自不同技术背景的工程师密切合作，为西门子HMI产品设计、实施、维护、增强、测试、调试和支持工程师平台。

6. 您还与测试工程师合作，以实现更多自动化测试设置。
7. 除了开发人员的角色外，您还可以在架构思考、DevOps解决方案或将来作为Scrum大师担任其他职能。

你的资历——确定且适当
1. 大学本科以上学历，计算机、信息学、自动化、数学、物理、工程科学等专业毕业。
2. 您必须在软件开发或系统集成方面具有3年以上的专业经验。
3. 具备扎实的面向对象编程和设计模式的理解，有良好的逻辑思维和软件调试技能。
4. 具备在Microsoft.NET，C#方面的专业技能，有良好的UI/UX设计经验。
5. 熟悉JavaScript、HTML5、CSS3等Web常用技术。熟练使用Vue、React等主流前端框架至少一种，有实际项目经验，能够深刻剖析框架部分实现原理。 
6. 了解数据库技术。
7. 优先条件：具备AI落地实践经验，熟悉Agent应用或开发，对OpenCode、Claude等AI开发/协作工具有较深入的实际使用经验；有云原生/微服务/容器化相关开发经验者；了解物联网系统和协议（MQTT、Modbus）。
8. 良好的沟通能力（口头和书面），对新技术和新趋势有快速的学习能力。
9. 英语读写顺畅，口语流利。
 
Product Creator – Software Engineer

We help enhance flexibility and efficiency in their production processes and reduce time to market — across industries such as automotive, aerospace, machinery, and many others.
Your mission in new role
As part of an agile development team, you will collaborate closely with engineers from different technical backgrounds to design, implement, maintain, enhance, test, debug, and support engineering platforms for Siemens HMI products.
Your new role – Challenging and future oriented  
1. Work with other engineers to define software design concepts and plans for the next generation of HMI products based on customer value. 
2. Join a new, exciting, innovative, and diverse international team with colleagues from China, Germany, Türkiye, and India. 
3. Estimate the cost and effort of your own product backlog items and independently deliver them while balancing cost, schedule, and quality. 
4. Perform software coding, testing, debugging, problem solving, and reporting throughout the entire PLM process. 
5. Contribute to the setup of the development environment with support from configuration management engineers. 
6. Collaborate with test engineers to drive higher levels of test automation. 
7. Potentially take on additional responsibilities in architecture, DevOps, or even Scrum Master roles in the future. 
8. Continuously learn, share knowledge with the team, and proactively bring forward new ideas.
9. Maintain good documentation habits and ensure high-quality outputs are handed over to the next stage of the process.
Your Qualifications – solid and appropriate 
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Informatics, Automation, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. More than 3 years of professional experience in software development or system integration.
3. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Good logical thinking and debugging skills. 
4. Proven expertise in Microsoft .NET and C#, with solid UI/UX design experience. 
5. Familiarity with common web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Proficiency in at least one mainstream frontend framework, such as Vue or React, with hands-on project experience and a solid understanding of the underlying implementation principles. 
6. Knowledge of database technologies. 
7. Preferred qualifications: a) Hands-on experience in AI implementation, familiarity with Agent applications or development, and solid practical experience with AI development/collaboration tools such as OpenCode and Claude; b) Experience with cloud-native, microservices, or containerized development; c) Understanding of IoT systems and protocols such as MQTT and Modbus. 
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and trends quickly. 
9. Good written English, fluent spoken English is a plus.
