For Mobility Finance Performance and Management in Beijing, we are looking for Controlling Officer to shape the connected Mobility with us.

What are your responsibilities?

1. Performance Management & Digital Finance Support

  • Support regular performance reporting cycles, including forecast (FC), actuals, scenarios, and to-go analysis; assist in data collection and consolidation for management reviews
  • Maintain and update various financial and operational reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of digital reporting tools and internal finance platforms, including requirement gathering, testing, and documentation to drive efficiency and meet evolving business needs
  • Identify repetitive reporting tasks that could be simplified, and support the rollout of process improvements

2. Entity Controlling & Financial Operations (SMTB / SME)

  • Support monthly and year-end closing activities, including GR/IR handling, balance sheet reconciliation and follow-up on open items
  • Assist with ICC processes, including AP payment monitoring, invoice tracing, withholding tax (WHT) support, and MTO backlog
  • Handle day-to-day operational finance tasks such as PO processing, payment preparation, incoming payment recognition, and GBS coordination
  • Support tax filing, external authority reporting, and bank-related matters, including acting as coordinator for banks, tax bureaus, and free trade zone regulatory requirements
  • Assist with insurance-related data collection, entity-level legal and administrative tasks (e.g., bank facility documents, authorization management, company chop handling), and fixed asset processes

What do you need to qualify for this job? 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial control, cost management, or business analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other mainstream ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Profound understanding of global financial compliance and practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and also be an excellent team player.
  • Passion for emerging technologies (especially the application of AI in finance) and eagerness to learn and implement them.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
