What you will do:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order execution.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery terms, and payment conditions to achieve optimal total cost of ownership.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Logistics) to understand procurement requirements.
  • Support project-based procurement and urgent sourcing needs as required.
  • Procurement admin. Including contract management, GR/IR support…etc.

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's or above degree in Business management or Supply Chain Management.
  • Over 3 years of related working experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Experience in project-based and engineering environments
  • Good command of English and Chinese
