We are looking for Business Consultant

As a business consultant, you will guide our clients in modeling their business processes in our industry-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) product. Do you believe you can help our clients to thrive in their business by configuring state-of-the-art software to fulfill continuously evolving passenger needs? Then this role may be something for you!

Integrating the SaaS product for a rail operator is no easy task. It concerns mission critical business processes that need to be modelled in a functionally rich and flexible SaaS product. Variations are endless, requiring deep analytical skills and good understanding of business processes, functionality and context of our clients. In addition, there is a portion in the larger IT ecosystem of our clients that typically requires custom integration. Your expertise and experience matter to successfully integrate the SaaS product in the IT landscape of our clients. As a business consultant, you are responsible for functionally solutionising the integration of existing systems with the SaaS product, both upstream (B2C, B2B and B2E frontend channels) and downstream (e.g. F&A, CRM, RM, DWH).

We have a global client base, ranging from North America to a strong client base in Europe. With a global go-to-market strategy, we are committed to expand our footprint to Asia, in particular in Indonesia. You will be a crucial element to our growth strategy in Indonesia and the wider Asia Pacific region, to deliver successful implementations with interactive workshops, consulting and training clients onsite at their offices, both within Indonesia and beyond.

We are looking for mature consultants with hands-on experience helping clients by defining sustainable solutions for complex challenges. You understand market and consumer trends in public transport and build a deep understanding of our clients’ business as well as our SaaS product. You can challenge the status quo and create solutions. We are open to welcoming colleagues with a background in development and/or information/ business analysis.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• You have a university degree and are willing to travel overseas
• International experience and ambition are a plus
• You can interpret difficult problems and facilitate clients towards sustainable solutions
• You are fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and in writing and can communicate in a client-centric way
• Any additional language is a benefit
• Experience with working in an agile environment is a plus
• Demonstrable experience in translating business objectives into IT needs
• Experience working in public transportation or rail industry is a major plus
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a consultant or information analyst in IT
• You like having different responsibilities, working in small teams on challenging assignments.
