Role Purpose
Lead the development of future-ready MV switchgear solutions by combining switchgear expertise with digitalization, AI, IoT, automation, and sustainability. Drive technology strategy, innovation, and global product development while building high-performing engineering teams.
Technical Competencies
• Expert knowledge of MV switchgear, IEC standards, type testing, and certification
• Strong understanding of protection, control, measurement, and switching technologies
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and engineering simulations
• Expertise in digitalization, condition monitoring, LPIT, IoT, cybersecurity, and data analytics
• Understanding of digital twins, AI-enabled engineering, sustainability, RED, EPD, and circular economy
• Awareness of emerging technologies such as smart grids, autonomous substations, and energy management systems
Qualifications
• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• 9–13 years of experience in MV switchgear product development
• Experience managing global R&D programs and cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in innovation, patents, or technology development
