Are you looking for a flexible job alongside your studies that gives you real business experience in an international environment? Join our Global Freight Clearing Team and gain valuable insight into how international transportation processes work behind the scenes. You will support logistics and transport-related activities while collaborating with colleagues across Europe using both German and English on a daily basis. 

No logistics background? If you are eager to learn, analytical, and detail-oriented, we will provide you with the knowledge and support needed to get you started.

Your tasks:
  • Supporting transport invoice validation for inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Ensuring compliance with agreed rate cards and guidelines.
  • Verifying transport data, milestones, and delivery-to-purchase-order matching in SAP and other logistics systems
  • Supporting claim and discrepancy handling by collecting and preparing required documentation
  • Preparing basic reports and data analyses using Excel and Power BI

Your defining qualities: 
  • Students in their early years of university, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
  • Good command of German (min. B1) and English (min. B1) in spoken and written form
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn, good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with SAP or logistics systems is welcome but not required

What we can offer:
  • Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) 
  • Recommended 25 – 30 hours per week
  • 40 PLN gross per hour
