Your role:
- Develop and implement policies, methods, processes and programs regarding Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
- Regional roll-out of global C&B programs and standards.
- Support the alignment of C&B structures across Latin America
- Execute pay benchmarking and design and administrate incentive programs
- Advise management team and employees in all questions related to C&B
- Support M&A projects
- Interface with labor law and industrial relations expert
- Manage compensation programs and design end-to-end process
- Partner with our HR Business Partners to understand and provide solutions to the needs of our Business Managers in compensation topics
- Your geographic focus will be our 10 operating countries in Latin America: Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay
- You are passionate about the development and implementation of compensation & benefits policies, structures and processes, preferably in an international context
- Advanced knowledge of pay benchmarking, position evaluation, sales incentive plans and other short-term and long-term incentive systems
- You have strong communication skills, especially in making decision proposals to senior management.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented and discreet
- University degree in Human Resources management, Business Administration or have comparable knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
- An additional HR qualification, e.g. World at Work GRP / CCP, is a plus
- You are willing to travel occasionally as part of this role to other Siemens Healthineers locations in Latin America.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (preferably you have good knowledge of functions, pivot tables, macros and dashboards)
- Working experience in healthcare is a plus
