You'll make a difference by:

• Delivering technical service for medium-voltage systems by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, testing, condition assessments, and troubleshooting for switchgear, circuit breakers, protection panels, and related electrical equipment.
• Commissioning and testing SIPROTEC protection relays by configuring, validating, and troubleshooting protection schemes using DIGSI software, including relay settings verification, secondary injection testing, and functional testing.
• Supporting commissioning and acceptance activities by carrying out pre-commissioning and commissioning for medium-voltage switchgear, protection systems, SCADA interfaces, and substation control systems, while supporting factory and site acceptance tests.
• Providing responsive customer technical support by resolving equipment issues on-site and remotely, responding to breakdowns, preparing technical reports, recommending corrective actions, and delivering basic customer training.
• Supporting digital substation and automation solutions by integrating and troubleshooting protection systems, communication networks, SCADA platforms, and substation automation technologies.
• Driving service growth through customer engagement by identifying upgrade, retrofit, and spare parts opportunities, supporting service sales activities, and providing technical recommendations and site assessments.

Your defining qualities:

• Electrical engineering qualification with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant industry experience with 3 to 5 years of experience in medium-voltage systems, substation protection and control, or electrical power system commissioning and maintenance.
• Protection relay expertise with hands-on knowledge of Siemens SIPROTEC relays, DIGSI software, protection schemes, relay testing, fault analysis, and protection coordination.
• Strong testing and power systems knowledge with experience using relay test equipment and working with medium-voltage distribution systems, substations, communication protocols, and electrical safety standards.
• Customer-focused problem-solving skills with strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and report-writing abilities, and the capability to work independently in site-based environments.
• Language and mobility readiness with strong written and spoken English and Thai, and willingness to travel extensively within Thailand and occasionally overseas.
