Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:

*Technical Sales head(????)

- Proactively develops and maintains relationships with potential customers and end-customers, plans sales volumes in the respective market in alignment with the regional company

- Builds and maintains a regional company focused network within Siemens Mobility (SMO) acts as a first point of contact for all technical sales related queries of the respective region and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer business

- Prepares and coordinates with HQ tendering team and other relevant functions within SMO all bid management and sales activities to ensure timely submission of offers and bids

- Analyses and performs thorough mapping of customer requirements against product capabilities, pro-actively manages requirements process within SMO and with the end customer, ensures all requirements are fully understood and addressed in the sales process

- Analyses the specific market conditions in the respective regions and provides feedback to the HQ to influence the development roadmap.
