Your Mission in Our Team 

You'll join a dynamic automation engineering team where this role places you at the intersection of robotics, process engineering, and manufacturing excellence. Your work will influence production facilities across Europe, setting new standards for efficiency, precision, and innovation. 

Working place for this position are different automotive production sites in Europe and requires staying and working abroad. 

Challenges That Await 
  • Development and programming of automation and robotic applications for KUKA, ABB, or FANUC robots
  • Process-oriented application development across gluing, clinching, welding, laser welding, riveting, and material handling 
  • Implementation of standardized robotic functions and application system component selection 
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and clarification of process-specific technical details 
  • Commissioning of robotic systems and automation software, including testing, optimizing, and troubleshooting 
  • Optimization and path teaching of robotic movements to ensure efficiency and precision in automotive manufacturing 
  • Embrace global deployment opportunities, traveling to production facilities across Europe to bring complex robotic and automation systems to life. 

What Will Make Your Candidature Stand Out
  • Proven expertise (5+ years of experience) in robot programming for KUKA, ABB, or FANUC platforms, with demonstrated success in complex, real-world projects 
  • Deep technical background in Automation, Robotics, or Electrical Engineering (university degree or equivalent technical qualification) 
  • Hands-on experience with process-oriented applications - gluing, clinching, welding, laser welding, riveting, material handling 
  • Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, DeviceNet) and system integration 
  • Project experience in robotic programming, commissioning, and cycle time optimization 
  • Expert-level troubleshooting capabilities for electrical and robotic systems, with the ability to solve complex technical challenges independently 
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); German language proficiency is highly valued 
  • Willingness to travel for deployment missions and on-site commissioning work.

  • Expertise in offline programming with Process Simulate or advanced simulation tools 
  • Experience with virtual commissioning and digital twin technologies for robotic workflow optimization 
  • Certifications in robotics programming (KUKA, FANUC)
  • Safe OP and DSC training
