Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Alpharetta, GA facility. This key leadership role will drive manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a diverse team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. The position plays a crucial role in our ongoing factory optimization project sought at scaling operations for increased future demand.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and engineering technicians
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices across the facility
• Supervise and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Develop and implement strategic operational excellence programs
• Lead and implement critical factory optimization projects
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to achieve operational targets
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements

To thrive in this role, you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3+ Years Experience in Factory Digitalization

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with automated manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing
• Previous experience in transportation or mobility manufacturing
• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
