Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

This role drives revenue growth by optimizing Siemens' market approach through sales organization development, demand generation, and opportunity management. It provides strategic insights, refines sales focus, and supports digital campaigns, lead management, and market development funds (MDF) utilization.

Key responsibilities include managing customer opportunities, guiding CRM use (SFDC), and driving deal closure via effective engagement strategies and co-selling with Siemens resources. The role also involves crucial partner sales training and mentoring, emphasizing LAER enablement, digital/social selling, and encouraging collaboration to enhance efficiency and address capability gaps.

This geographically or industry-focused position manages partners, requires travel, and offers significant career growth within our KL office SEA sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Forecast and foster direct-led and co-sell sales with partners
  • Meet individual sales objectivessuch as quota and productivity requirements.
  • Lead and co-sellkey strategic customers with channel partners.
  • Help channel partners to close business deals
  • Work closely with channel partners to resolve conflicts(if any)
  • Engage with channel partners and end users to improve share of wallet within LAER practice
  • Drive policy matters and compliance with partners/customers


Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electronics, or Computing Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Extensive Sales Experience, with direct saleshighly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex software sellingand achieve targets through a channel partner model.
  • Strong business acumenwith foresight in managing forecasts and targets.
  • Dynamic leadership, a high level of accountability, meticulous attention to detail, and thoroughness.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, objection, and conflict handling skills, with the ability to synergize with regional support teams.
  • self-starter who is self-motivated, independent, and capable of working well under pressure.
