Success in the roll of Service and Product Support, depends on
Cognitive Flexibility – This role involves supporting diverse customers across traditional services and support including quoting, order processing, order management, warranties, and related functions. You will be required to remain positive and agile as we leverage your skillsets to support customer requests and department needs.
Customer Focus – Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Problem Solving – Uses critical thinking skills to identify solutions to internal and external customer needs.

Communication – This role involves communication with customers, colleagues, and managers. Effective communication will enable you to understand customer demands and help you identify appropriate solutions.
We are looking for a Service and Product Support Specialist. This position can be located anywhere near the following Siemens offices: Lebanon, OH, Johnson City, TN, Elk Grove Village, IL, or Alpharetta, GA.
[Role Description]
- Provide quality customer service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to quoting, order entry, and issue resolution.
- Identify customer challenges and engage appropriate resources for resolution.
- Work to resolve customer disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Maintain outstanding service standards and high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in workshops and projects.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional work experience in sales/customer support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong people skills to interact with customers, peers, and management.
- High level of self-motivation, productivity, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to customer
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a Call Center environment.

The pay range for this position is $34,300 - $58,800 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
