As part of a zone or country Enterprise Learning and Adoption team, work with Services and project management to deliver high quality Learning and Adoption Services and end user training Contribute to the delivery of Enterprise Learning and Adoption programs in agreed DF PL domains that enable customers to minimize user adoption risks and to achieve superior adoption of the Digital Enterprise solution. Deliver standard and custom instructor-led trainings in center, at customer site or as distance learning. Applies aspects of Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of Customer user communities. In collaboration with the lead Learning Architect, follows the Learning and Adoption work stream of customer programs deploying multiple Siemens DF PL products within a single domain (for example: PLM, STS, DER) to multiple locations. Actively participates in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.

About the Role:

As a Professional Learning Consultant, your main responsibility will be to deliver high-impact training programs focused on Siemens' CAD/CAM portfolio, specifically NX and Solid Edge. Your expertise will be critical in enabling our customers to optimize their product design and engineering workflows. Furthermore, you will leverage and expand your knowledge of Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and Process Simulate to guide customers in enhancing their manufacturing processes and overall digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Expert Training: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions (both in-person and virtual), with a primary focus on Siemens NX and Solid Edge.
  • Expand Training Scope: Provide training on Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and Process Simulate to support customers' digital manufacturing initiatives.
  • Customize Learning Paths: Tailor training content and delivery methods to meet the specific needs, skill levels, and business objectives of individual customers and teams.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert, offering insightful advice and best practices to help customers effectively implement and utilize Siemens solutions.
  • Support on Developing Training Programs: Collaborate with Learning Architect and Engagement Manager to develop training strategies to position our Learning Services portfolio on key accounts.
  • Stay Current: Continuously enhance your knowledge of Siemens' evolving product portfolio, industry trends, and customer challenges to ensure relevant and cutting-edge training delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their workflows, and gather feedback to ensure training effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, pre-sales, product management, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Recommended Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise (Prioritized):
    • Primary Requirement (CAD/CAM):
      • Deep expertise and extensive hands-on experience with Siemens NX (CAD/CAM), including advanced modeling, assembly, drafting, and ideally, manufacturing applications. Some hands-on experience is highly valuable (i.e.: Desing and Shop Floor CNC programming).
      • Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Solid Edge (CAD/CAM).
    • Secondary Requirement (Digital Manufacturing):
      • Solid working knowledge and practical experience with Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
      • Experience and familiarity with Tecnomatix Process Simulate.
    • Solid understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts.
  • Training & Consulting Acumen:
    • Minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of experience in technical training delivery, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
    • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt training styles and content to different learning styles and technical proficiencies.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • General:
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple training engagements simultaneously.
    • Willingness to travel [e.g., up to 25-50%] for on-site customer training as required.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
