You’ll make a difference by

  • As part of the global Recruiting Programs team, you will gain experience in shaping a broad range of strategic and operational talent management topics.
  • In support of the global Recruiting Programs team, you will have an active role in creating and implementing global talent program communications activities.
  • Your role will focus on program participant communication and social media content for internal and external communications channels.
  • You will support in events and creating marketing material

Your success is grounded in

  • Education: You are at least in your third semester of a degree program in Economics, Marketing, Communications or a similar field.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Your passion is writing for online and social platforms.
    • You love organizing events.
    • You are global-minded and have first project management skills.
    • You have good command of MS Office.
  • Ways of working: You are communicative and confident in dealing with other cultures.
  • Languages: You have business fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
