We are looking for a Sales Account Orchestrator to join our growing sales team to help lead the growth of Siemens Digital Industries Software in EMEA/special focus on CEE/Turkey. 

Your main responsibility will be to engage with our large accounts and look for opportunities in areas where we can add value for our customers. You will be working with a professional team of experienced pre-sales consultants and our professional services team towards closing these opportunities and increasing revenues. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • As part of the software sales team, you will lead and implement industry focused, consultative and value selling engagements (typically large to enterprise-size companies) through productive business relationships with customers and prospects. 
  • Use appropriate methods, lead the formation and execution of a cohesive customer sales strategy, to drive the sales cycle and close the deals. 
  • Build trusted advisor status by communicating knowledgeably with the customer around business challenges and the value of our industrial software solutions to address such with appropriate Return on Investment justification. 
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and planning 
  • Represent Siemens in accordance with our values and expectations 
  • Participate in (international) events both internal as well as external 

Your qualifications 

  • You will have a proven track record in successfully closing complex deals in a B2B environment, Ideally within industrial software and ideally within the process industry. 
  • A passion for sales, with a “never give up” mentality. 
  • Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand and build long term relationships with our key customers. 
  • Have an ability to have fun while exceeding your targets 
  • Excellent business communication skills 
  • Language skills German/English and CEE or Turkish

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the salary for this position is EUR 4,346 gross/month with appropriate qualifications. Willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications is given!
