We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Learning Services Success Lead to drive the success of software adoption through impactful learning programs across the AMS region. This role serves as a critical bridge between instructional design, delivery, and business outcomes—ensuring that learning services, customer success, and services project teams deliver measurable value to both customers and the business in the AMS zone.
Responsibilities
Program Ownership & Strategy
Lead and support end-to-end learning programs including onboarding, product training, and role-based enablement.
Ensure learning goals, success metrics, and outcomes are aligned with business objectives.
Maintain quality control across learning initiatives.
Enterprise Software Adoption Leadership
Design and lead learning programs tailored for large-scale enterprise software deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions support change management, user adoption, and business transformation.
Align learning strategies with enterprise rollout plans, stakeholder needs, and customer success metrics.
Global Liaison for Learning Success
Act as a regional point of contact for global learning initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
Sales & Customer Support
Support the customer sales process by aligning learning solutions with customer needs.
Partner with Customer Success and Services teams to ensure learning drives adoption and satisfaction.
Community of Practice (CoP) Development
Foster and grow regional Learning Communities of Practice.
Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Program Optimization
Analyze learning program data (e.g., assessments, feedback, usage) to identify trends and improvement areas.
Use insights to iterate content, delivery methods, and program structure.
Reporting & Communication
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate program impact to leadership.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Scalability & Innovation
Identify opportunities to scale learning programs across regions, roles, and customer segments.
Explore and implement innovative formats such as microlearning, cohort-based learning, and AI-driven personalization.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in learning services, instructional design, or customer success.
Direct recent experience as a customer-based Learning Architect, who has designed customer-facing learning programs and has direct experience working cross-functionally on customer projects, is required.
Must currently reside in the United States, and will not need Visa sponsorship.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated success in managing learning programs for enterprise software adoption.
Strong background in instructional design, including needs analysis, curriculum development, and learning experience design across multiple modalities (e.g., self-paced, virtual instructor-led, certification).
Experience supporting presales activities, including aligning learning strategies with customer requirements, contributing to RFPs, and presenting learning solutions to prospective clients.
Strong analytical skills and experience with learning data and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with modern learning technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Experience in software adoption or enterprise learning environments.
Enterprise Software industry experience
Knowledge of LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and data visualization.
Ability to work across global teams and time zones.

The pay range for this position is 106,100 - 212,200 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
