The role sis responsible for defining, implementing, and improving end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving continuous improvement.

• Process Ownership: Process CoE Lead is accountable for the entire lifecycle of the Accounts Payable process, from design and implementation to monitoring and improvement.
• Strategic Vision: Process CoE Lead defines the Accounts Payable process strategy, vision, and roadmap, aligning with the overall business objectives.
• Process Design and Improvement: Process CoE Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Accounts Payable processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting: Process CoE Lead defines and track Accounts Payable KPIs, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement using data analysis.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, Business, or a related field. 
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
