Accounts Payable Global Process CoE Lead emphasizes leadership, process ownership, and strategic direction across an organization. The role sis responsible for defining, implementing, and improving end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving continuous improvement.

- Process Ownership: Process CoE Lead is accountable for the entire lifecycle of the Accounts Payable process, from design and implementation to monitoring and improvement.
- Strategic Vision: Process CoE Lead defines the Accounts Payable process strategy, vision, and roadmap, aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Process Design and Improvement: Process CoE Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Accounts Payable processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Process CoE Lead defines and track Accounts Payable KPIs, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement using data analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Process CoE Lead engages with various customers, including business units, regional teams, and IT, to ensure alignment and support for Accounts Payable process changes.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, Business, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in leading, managing, and developing teams in a dynamic environment.
