Sales Excellence SDP / Intern Program Manager

Design, develop, implement, and oversee the Sales Development Program (and Internship Program) within the SI S&OP Sales Excellence organization. Reporting to the Sales Excellence - People Excellence Manager, the Sales Excellence SDP / Intern Program Manager is responsible for managing the Sales Development Program and Internship Programs led by the SI S&OP Sales Excellence organization.

We are looking for an Intern Program Manager. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental, US. 

You’ll make an impact by:

  • This position collaborates with Product Management, Inside Sales, and Sales Excellence teams to build comprehensive programs focused on sales, product, and tools training for a team of Sales Development Program professionals and College Interns. These programs are specifically designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of recent college graduates, with the goal of preparing and promoting them into sales or inside sales roles upon successful completion.

  • Develop and implement a strategic recruiting plan for both the Intern and Sales Development Programs (SDP), including assessment of existing and potential partnerships with colleges and universities.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Excellence Professional to define and structure the Intern and SDP Programs, including agendas, goals, and expectations, and ensure content is uploaded to the LOOP platform for trainee access.

  • Partner with Inside Sales Engineers (ISE) Product Champions and Product Management to develop training schedules, objectives, content, and delivery methods.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall sales experience
  • 5+ years of outside sales leadership experience
  • 3+ years’ experience facilitating advanced sales training programs. 
  • Identify and coordinate special projects designed to accelerate learning and development for SDP and Intern participants.
  • Lead and manage weekly meetings to maintain program alignment and progress.
  • Conduct team and individual performance evaluations, providing actionable feedback for growth.
  • Offer personal and professional career guidance, including insights on potential roles, career paths, and associated risks or considerations.
  • Actively deliver training and support for topics related to agendas, tools, processes, and other developmental areas.
  • Oversee daily program operations, monitor adherence to curriculum, resolve conflicts, and ensure overall program success.
  • Organize product trainings in collaboration with product management.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coordinate plant tours and offsite training sessions with Spartanburg Plant leadership.
  • Collaborate with local sales management to arrange customer site visits that enhance real-world exposure and understanding.
  • Design guidelines, evaluation criteria, and objectives for team presentation projects.
  • Provide CRM, Analytics and Sales Enablement technology training.

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
