The Opportunity 

Join Mendix, a Siemens business, to lead digital transformation through cutting-edge low-code technology. We're investing to accelerate our momentum, and we're looking to grow our APJ team. Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospects generated through inbound demand programs and outbound efforts
  • Drive pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and handing off opportunities to Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted outbound calling campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Engage with prospects at events, working booths and initiating conversations that uncover business needs
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts, building relationships across the purchasing, IT, finance, and executive functions
  • Ask insightful questions to assess fit and align prospects with Mendix’s value proposition
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-ups


What We’re Looking For 

  • 1–3 years of experience in enterprise software sales as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Inside Sales
  • Strong phone and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects professionally and persuasively
  • Working proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to master the SDR role and grow within the organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
