The Digitalization program manager will drive the strategic governance of digital KPIs, enable cross-functional initiatives, and orchestrate innovation platforms such as hackathons and workshops. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals through structured reviews, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across business units.

Job responsibilities.

• Lead digital transformation projects and service innovations in Digital Solutions for ASP.
• Plan and execute workshops, trainings, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with global and local teams to ensure KPI alignment.
• Manage reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure digital services meet business needs and strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record in managing KPIs, innovation programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and project management methodologies.
