Digitalization Consultant - Hire to Retire
Hello Visionary!
We empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly evolving world. We’re looking for people who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn. People who want to make a real impact, now and in the future. Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.
We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services and demonstrate our powerful ecosystem of leading external and internal partners and our network of key delivery centers. We believe in the value of industry best-practice standards achieved through evolving technology and digitalization. We focus on employee experience as a key driver of our actions. In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner with.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to take on the role of ASP Digitalization Lead – H2R, responsible for reimagining and redefining the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) landscape across our ASP operations. This role will drive the design and execution of a future-ready, data-led, and digitally enabled H2R strategy—enhancing employee experience, process efficiency, and business agility at scale
You’ll make a difference by:
Digital Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and implement the digital vision for the entire H2R lifecycle including Onboarding, Payroll, Workforce Management, Global Mobility, Learning, T&E, and Offboarding.
- Build a globally consistent but locally adaptable digitalization roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Promote platform thinking and move from fragmented tools to an integrated H2R tech ecosystem.
- Take end-to-end ownership of driving global productivity and cost efficiency/savings targets through innovation, digitalization, and continuous process improvement.
Technology & Platform Enablement
- Lead adoption and optimization of H2R tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, CONCUR, etc.
- Embed automation (RPA, AI/ML) into core H2R processes—Payroll inputs, validations, SOP digitalization, case management, and employee query handling.
- Supervise data unification, H2R dashboards, predictive analytics, and process mining initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in conceptualizing, designing, or implementing AI-powered solutions — such as process automation, advanced analytics, NLP/chatbots, predictive models, or agentic AI use cases.
- Strong understanding of the AI & emerging technology landscape — including key platforms, tools, governance frameworks, and adoption trends.
- Experience in evaluating AI vendors, solutions, or in-house build vs. buy strategies is a strong plus.
Transformation Programs
- Lead strategic programs like Payroll E2E automation, Offboarding redesign, and travel/T&E digitization.
- Work across regions to harmonize processes, eliminate manual interventions, and reduce compliance risk.
- Deliver measurable outcomes: effort reduction, faster TAT, improved data accuracy, and superior employee experience
People, Culture & Capability
- Drive culture change by embedding digital fluency in H2R teams and promoting self-service, automation, and design thinking.
- Foster an innovation attitude through hackathons, idea incubators, and community-led Digi initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Partner with HR, IT, Compliance, Finance, and business leads to drive on board and organizational change.
- Establish robust governance mechanisms, steering committees, and benchmark tracking for each digital initiative.
- Regularly report digital value delivered to leadership and global forums.
Your success is grounded in:
- 15–18 years of experience in HR digital transformation, with global exposure or Global Innovative roles managing multicultural teams.
- Deep domain knowledge of H2R processes and HRIT ecosystems (Workday, SuccessFactors, SNOW, Oracle, etc.).
- Proven track record in leading digital programs across regions with large-scale organizational change.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI use cases and work with technical teams to drive execution and scale.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, case creation, agile delivery, and vendor coordination.
- Analytical attitude with familiarity in dashboards, automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms.
Preferred Attributes:
- HR tech evangelist with strong passion for innovation.
- Ability to lead with empathy and clarity in cross-functional, global teams.
- Strong communicator with executive presence and influencing skills.
- Metrics-focused with a track record of delivering tangible business impact.
