You'll create impact by:

  • Develop and execute account strategies for key customers within the Infrastructure vertical (Commercial & Industrial Buildings).
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline from prospecting and discovery to closing, ensuring alignment with business unit goals
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to identify customer needs, deliver value propositions, and lead negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and marketing to design and implement targeted campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer data, and participate in win/loss analysis to support continuous improvement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives to strengthen partnerships and support long-term strategic initiatives.
Your defining qualities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in, Electrical Engineering, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in account management or sales within Infrastructure, Construction, or Industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing complex B2B accounts and developing strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and commercial negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
