Siemens Corp., SCM Americas organization is seeking a motivated and creative Supply Chain Management Marketing & Communications Professional to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about technology, storytelling, and driving employee engagement in a global environment. You will play a key role in developing and executing internal communication strategies that promote SCM services, initiatives, and innovation across the Americas region.

In this role you will work onsite in our Alpharetta, Georgia office location.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Communication

  • Develop and manage content for internal communication channels including newsletters, SharePoint sites, internal social media, wikis, and executive presentations.
  • Translate complex SCM concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible messaging for internal audiences.
  • Support the development of communication plans to promote SCM initiatives and increase employee engagement.

Event & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, including town halls, all-hands meetings, and in-person/virtual events.
  • Support internal marketing campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of SCM services.

Collaboration & Strategy Execution

  • Partner with SCM leadership and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with local and global departments to ensure messaging consistency and regional alignment.
  • Interface with external service providers to implement communication activities when needed.

Design & Presentation

  • Create high-quality visuals and presentations for executive communications, employee events, and strategy updates.
  • Maintain and optimize internal communication platforms (SharePoint, internal social tools) for better usability and reach.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze communication campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Keep abreast of SCM and digital communication trends, recommending innovative ways to improve internal messaging and delivery.
  • Contribute to documentation, procedures, and best practices related to SCM communications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Affairs, or similar from an accredited university.
  • 2+ years of professional or internship experience in marketing, communications, or a related area.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint and internal communication platforms.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and/or internal communications platforms.
  • Basic design or video editing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional team environment.
