What will you do?


Quality Project Management

  • Lead new project implementation following APQP methodology
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation (PFMEA, control plans)
  • Coordinate process and product validations
  • Establish and monitor quality KPIs
  • Manage quality control implementation in new processes

Digitalization and Automation 

  • Implement and optimize automated measurement systems
  • Develop digital traceability solutions
  • Integrate quality processes with SAP
  • Establish real-time data capture systems
  • Maintain technical documentation in digital systems

Data Analysis and Reporting 

  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards
  • Perform statistical process analysis
  • Implement predictive analysis systems
  • Manage quality databases
  • Generate automated key metrics reports

 Continuous Improvement 

  • Lead quality investigations using structured methodologies
  • Implement data-driven corrective actions
  • Optimize processes through data analysis
  • Document lessons learned


What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Quality, Data Analytics or similar (preferred)
  • Advanced English
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is desirable
  • Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt (preferred)
  • Scrum Master or agile methodologies (preferred)
  • At least 3 years in manufacturing quality roles
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and automation
  • Quality Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC)
  • Statistical analysis tools
  • Basic programming and database management
  • SAP and quality systems
  • Advanced excel and data visualization tools
  • Analytical thinking and results-oriented
