What you will do:

  • ·       Act as a digital process enabler and problem solver, with a strong enthusiasm for data and a structured approach to process improvement.
  • ·       Support the digitization of finance operations, driving initiatives that enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • ·       Understand business process requirements and apply automation, digitalization, and AI tools to improve productivity and operational outcomes.
  • ·       Research and implement AI solutions in business contexts to promote the adoption of everyday AI across Sales and Finance teams.

What we are looking for:

  • ·       Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration related.
  • ·       Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • ·       Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python and VBA; experience with low-code data processing platforms and database tools.
  • ·       Solid financial acumen, strong analytical capabilities, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • ·       Demonstrates a growth mindset, innovative thinking, and adaptability in agile and dynamic environments.
  • ·       Good communication skills in English.
