What are my responsibilities?

• Manage studio operations, including scheduling shootings, props, asset management, and equipment maintenance for our portfolio in the studio and selected off site locations
• Operate studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
• Set up and operate the green screen studio and ATEM switcher
• Shoot and edit videos in front of the green screen
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
• Ensure all video content follows our branding guidelines and meets our high standards of quality

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Educational Background:

• A bachelor’s degree in video production, filmmaking, or a related field. 

Professional Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in a professional studio environment, with hands-on knowledge of both in-studio and on-location video production.
• Expertise in shooting videos in various settings, including in front of a green screen and on-site locations such as factories or industrial environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in operating Blackmagic Design equipment, including cameras and ATEM switchers.
• Hands-on experience with video editing software, especially Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and DaVinci Resolve Studio.
• Expertise in collaborative editing workflows to streamline post-production processes.
• Familiarity with techniques and tools for recording high-quality audio for videos, webinars, and other content.

Attention to Detail & Deadlines:

• Exceptional focus and precision in creating polished video content.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver results without compromising quality.

Communication & Teamwork:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Ability to interact with global team members and collaborate effectively across different time zones.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving:

• Calm and composed demeanor, even under high-pressure situations, such as during live streaming or time-sensitive projects.
• Open-minded, diligent, and enthusiastic about learning and mastering new tools, techniques, and trends in the video production industry.

Industry Knowledge:

• Stay current with the latest developments, tools, and best practices in video production and digital content creation.
