At Siemens, we are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets and developing models that yield actionable insights for our business operations.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop data science strategies aligned with those objectives.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to uncover trends and relationships in data.
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models utilizing statistical methodologies and machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. AI Engineer and Solution Architect) to integrate models into business processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging data science methodologies.
  • Document methodologies, processes, and findings thoroughly for future reference.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and machine learning, with a portfolio of completed projects.
  • Advanced Python programming skills for automation and tool development.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
  • Exposure to the engineering domain is preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
