Who we are
Build a brighter future while learning and growing with a Siemens company at the intersection of technology, community and sustainability. Our global team of innovators is always looking to build meaningful solutions to some of the toughest challenges facing our world. Find out how far your passion can take you.

About the Job
Are you a dynamic SaaS sales professional passionate about driving growth and making your mark? We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive to spearhead new client acquisition for Asset Essentials—our cutting-edge Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)—as we launch this innovative SaaS solution in the UK market!

In this high-velocity sales role (average order values: £10–30k), you’ll be at the frontlines of introducing ground-breaking asset management technology to potential manufacturing clients across the UK. Your primary measure of success: new ARR bookings. Drawing on your SaaS sales expertise and understanding of the manufacturing sector, you’ll build and leverage relationships to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

This is your chance to be an early driver of our CMMS portfolio’s UK expansion, backed by the resources and reach of a global technology leader. You’ll report directly to our Senior Sales Manager.

What you will do

Territory Management & Prospecting
- Drive new logo client acquisition for Asset Essentials CMMS across the UK manufacturing sector, achieving ARR bookings quota
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting for new client acquisition within your designated territory
- Identify, qualify, and develop high-value business opportunities within the manufacturing vertical

Sales Execution:
- Complete high-velocity sales processes with AOVs of £10-30k
- Lead the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure
- Close sales by building rapport with prospects, explaining product capabilities, conducting discovery, and overcoming objections
- Project manage the procurement process to ensure urgency and predictability

Relationship Building & Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning proposals and materials that align with client needs
- Work optimally with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to maximize pipeline generation

Performance & Development:
- Set and supervise sales account targets aligned with company objectives
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Provide valuable market feedback and insights to support product development and marketing strategies
- Stay sharp through ongoing professional development

What you need:
  • Proven success in SaaS sales (quota achievement required)
  • Proven track record in new-logo acquisition and high-velocity deal flows (£10–30k AOV)
  • Deep understanding of the UK manufacturing industry
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Dedicated, results-focused, and comfortable working remotely
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficient with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, collaborative tools, and video conferencing
What makes you a Standout:
  • CMMS or asset management software experience
  • Vertical expertise in Food & Beverage, Paper, Plastics, Rubber, or Metals manufacturing
  • Familiarity with maintenance and asset management operations
  • Experience working collaboratively with SDRs (Sales Development Representatives)
  • Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing
