Our approach combines consulting expertise with a strong “in-house” customer service mindset, leveraging automation and innovative solutions to adapt quickly to an ever-changing global environment.

The Role:

We are looking for a Business Travel Consultant to be a trusted advisor for international business travel across the Americas. You will ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and social security regulations, provide strategic guidance on travel-related matters, and work closely with internal stakeholders and preferred vendors to deliver efficient, compliant travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and guide business travelers on destination-specific immigration, tax, and social security requirements.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of international business travel, including visa/work permit processes, vendor coordination, and documentation in internal systems (IHRIS, Workday).

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on legal and operational considerations for international business activities, including labor law compliance, permanent establishment risks, and social security obligations.

  • Collaborate with external providers (e.g., Fragomen, Deloitte, Vialto, CIBT) on complex cases.

  • Maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure compliance.

  • Monitor travel activity, documentation, billing, and cost allocation.

  • Lead special projects, research efforts, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver tailored mobility concepts and training for stakeholders.

  • Support monthly shadow payroll processes and ensure alignment with international tax and mobility compliance standards.

  • Travel internationally up to 20% as business needs require.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Tax, Accounting, or HR.

  • 3–5 years of experience in global mobility, tax, social security, immigration consulting, or international HR.

  • Deep knowledge of immigration, international tax, social security, and corporate tax law.

  • Strong understanding of Global Mobility Services and industry solutions.

  • Business fluency in English (its a must).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in process optimization at a global company.

  • Leading large-scale consulting and data analytics projects in multicultural environments.

  • Experience in process improvement initiatives, tool implementation, or ecosystem upgrades.

  • Strong change and project management skills.

  • Business fluency in Portuguese.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for digitalization, transformation, and organizational enablement.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with customer advocacy and pragmatic solution orientation.

  • Empathetic team player with excellent communication skills and innovative thinking.
