Position Overview:

An H2R (Human Resources) Administrator is a pivotal support role responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation that ensure the efficient operation of an HR department. They serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and help maintain a well-organized documentation.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Employee Record Management: Maintain and update accurate digital personnel records in Employee Archive tool, including contracts, leave, attendance, personal information, and performance evaluations.
  • Onboarding Support: Prepare employment contract and hire the candidate in workday.
  • Employee Master Data: Maintain employee profile upto date with current information on the workday. Make changes with reference to manager changes, job title, leave related etc.
  • Employee Relations and Communication: Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, routing more complex issues to senior HR staff.

Your success is grounded in:

  • 4yrs – 6yrs of Experience.
  • Must be deadline focused, organized and exhibit problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
