Since each of over 300,000 employees feels that other benefits are particularly important, and we cannot list our entire benefit portfolio here, you can find more information here. The individual benefits are subject to regulatory, contractual, or corporate conditions.

This will be your impact.

As a Tax Manager (f/m/d), you will be part of an international team advising Siemens Group’s operating unit:
  • You will advise the business organization on all tax-related matters, working closely with your colleagues to provide reliable and well-aligned guidance — particularly regarding the introduction of new business models, restructurings, integrations of acquisitions, and the structuring of cross-border business activities.
  • In doing so, you will consider aspects from all major areas of tax law such as transfer pricing, withholding tax, permanent establishments, customs, and VAT.
  • In addition, you will support and manage the process of transfer pricing documentation, TP monitoring, and data analysis, and provide strategic transfer pricing advice to ensure compliance and alignment with Siemens’ global TP framework.
  • You will independently develop solutions to diverse and complex tax issues and proactively drive projects forward or act as a tax expert in cross-functional initiatives.
  • As part of a global organization of experienced tax specialists, you can rely on extensive and dependable support.
  • Nevertheless, we expect and encourage you to take initiative and assume responsibility.

This is how you'll win us over:
  • Education: Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Experience & Skills:
    • You have several years of professional experience in international taxation, gained either at an international consulting firm or within a multinational company.

    • Ideally, you have successfully passed the German Tax Advisor Exam (Steuerberaterexamen).
    • You understand economic and technical interconnections and are enthusiastic about tax and transfer pricing topics related to current technological developments.
  • Ways of working: You are solution-oriented, analytically strong, and a confident communicator, and you enjoy working in international and cross-functional teams.
  • Languages: Business proficiency in English and German
