We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Head of the Controlling & Finance Assurance (CF A) Americas Audit Practice. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and requires close collaboration with executive teams across businesses and functions as well as a high level of organizational expertise.
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support an executive in accomplishing targets and play a pivotal role in driving the Americas Audit topics.
The ideal candidate for this in-person role is a proactive professional who anticipates organizational needs, operates with strategic foresight and discretion, and fosters a warm, positive environment. The candidate should demonstrate curiosity, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a drive to incorporate best practices into their work.
We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant and this will be a hybrid position located in Atlanta, GA.
You will make an impact by:
- Act as liaison with senior executives, partners, and team members in a professional and effective manner and manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Organize complex calendar and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues
- Monitor and manage meeting requests and/or initiate meetings and reviews, reserve conference rooms and equipment, and coordinate catering service
- Drive the regular cadence of e.g. leadership team meetings and quarterly meetings with supported Lead Country / business management
- Initiate and formulate travel arrangements according to calendar, anticipate, and prepare detailed itineraries
- Manage and submit expense reports; Requires regular use of Concur, ordering and payment system
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for the CF A Americas Audit employees incl. coordinating IT equipment and resources to support employee transitions and acting as point of contact for office management
- Planning of events and internal conferences, working with international teams to set agendas and ensure smooth execution
- Issuing CPE continuing education credits in compliance with regulatory standards of the State of New Jersey’s Department of Consumer Affairs. Key responsibilities include verifying participant attendance, calculating credits, and issuing certificates of completion.
You will win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or related administrative role.
- 5-10 + years’ experience with an expertise in calendar management, expense management, travel, and event coordination.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PC software skills is essential, as is proficiency with tools such as MS Teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel ~5% if needed for training, team meetings, etc.
- Authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree (or equivalent)
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and commitment to contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrated experience successfully working across borders / organizational lines.
- Experience using software related to expense reporting, purchase orders, and/or employee onboarding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities; remain calm and resourceful in unexpected situations.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

- The pay range for this position is $74,970-$128,520 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
