• Education
• Master’s degree with a focus on economics and technical understanding, e.g. business information systems, industrial engineering or similar
• Experience & Skills
• At least several years of working experience in regulated business and understanding of the industry 
• Extensive experience in value proposition design and design thinking
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve customer business processes
• Proven ability to manage and grow strategic technology partnerships
• Excellent understanding of scalable product business
• Ways of working
• Ability to define and govern processes within the product lifecycle and sales organization
