You’ll make an impact by

• Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop video content that aligns with the company’s and business’ strategy and brand identity. Create compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Planning: Develop detailed plans. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary resources.
• Execution: Oversee and manage the process, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
• Distribution and Analytics: Coordinate with internal teams for the distribution across various platforms. Monitor and analyze the performance, providing insights into future improvements.

Your defining qualities

• Business and Communication Knowledge: Understanding of corporate, business and communications strategy and plan and how content can support objectives.
• Branding Knowledge: Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Technical Proficiency: Rich experience with video shooting & production, live streaming. Good knowledge in graphic design software, especially AI generation technologies.
• Creative Vision: A strong creative vision and the ability with frontier marketing trends to translate concepts into engaging visual content. A deep understanding of storytelling techniques and the ability to captivate audiences.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback to achieve the best results.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Comfort with changing priorities and deadlines. Innovative thinking to overcome challenges and improve processes. Willingness to learn new tools and techniques as technology evolves.
• Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in professionally related field or with convincing experience. Fluent in spoken and written English. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in video production, preferably in a corporate or marketing environment.
