What you will do:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team on complex bids and proposals, providing commercial expertise and guidance from initial inquiry to contract closure to ensure alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and customer needs.
  • Support the sales team in pricing strategies, discount structures, and profitability analysis for various projects and solutions.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks associated with sales opportunities, including contractual, financial, and regulatory risks.
  • Conduct financial analysis of sales deals, including revenue recognition, cost analysis, and cash flow implications, to ensure healthy margins and sustainable growth.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and reports related to sales activities.
  • Liaise with legal, finance, tax, and other relevant departments to ensure comprehensive commercial support and compliance.

What we are looking for:

  • Education: 
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, commercial and business administration. Leading digital process projects will be a plus.
    • An eagerness to learn about sales processes and commercial deal structuring in a corporate environment.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Basic understanding of financial principles and business concepts.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with good attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to engage with various stakeholders.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential.

    • Customer-focused with a strong desire to understand business drivers.
