We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our MEA CS Hybrid Sales Development team within the MEA Customer Services business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales development, lead generation, and customer engagement within the healthcare technology industry.
You will support our sales and service teams in identifying and qualifying potential customers, preparing proposals, and improving customer experience processes. This position is ideal for students with a passion for healthcare innovation, business development, and technology-driven solutions.
Your role:
- Operate as a Sales Development Representatives by identifying and qualifying leads within hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand regional healthcare trends.
- Help maintain and update customer data and lead data in the CRM system.
- Participate in outbound prospecting activities (e.g., email campaigns, digital outreach).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Service teams to support promotional initiatives and data analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer engagement and sales processes.
- Ensures adherence to internal policies and compliance guidelines.
Your expertise:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic is an additional advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Good Team Player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management skills, Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a cross functional setting.
- Comfortable using MS Office and ideally familiar with CRM tools.
- Strong interest in healthcare technology, medical devices, and customer relationship management.
