Siemens Financial Services (SFS) is looking for an Equity Investment Manager
The Investment Manager will report to the Equity Investment Head and serve as a trusted business partner, playing a key role in developing and executing equity investment strategies in the Americas. You will use your extensive network to source and screen investment opportunities. Combined with your proven track record in leading financial transactions, this will enable you to lead all aspects of the due diligence process, develop and refine investment theses, secure necessary approvals, and successfully negotiate and close deals. Post-investment, you will manage a portfolio, drive value creation, and ultimately monetize investments through successful exits.
You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:
- Developing sector and thematic investment strategies, and defending thesis
- Expanding and leveraging your network to source and evaluate high-quality opportunities
- Leading investment teams and collaborating with internal and external specialists to review opportunities, including due diligence, identifying key business drivers and risks, and developing financial models
- Leading negotiations with targets and co-investors, structuring transactions to mitigate risks and maximizing returns
- Managing a portfolio of investments, including representing SFS on boards, driving value creation, forecasting, and reporting key information internally
- Cultivate and develop a high-performing transaction team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- 6-9 years of equity investment experience in Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Investment Banking, Private Equity, , Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Development, and/or Project Finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar degree is preferred but not required
- An established and robust network and proven track record to build relationships and source and shape investment opportunities.
- A deep knowledge of the energy transition, infrastructure, digital infrastructure and/or industrials sectors and key macro and micro drivers.
- Experience with transaction execution with a successful track record of initiating, managing, negotiating, and closing complex transactions.
- Having strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk analysis.
- Critical thinking, ability to identify trends, defend viewpoints, and consider others' perspectives.
- Strong interpersonal, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Highly organized, flexible, and efficient, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines routinely
- Having a foundation based on ethics, integrity, and transparent communication, fostering trust and respect with key stakeholders, both internal and external

The pay range for this position is $188,598. - $234.590. annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
