Summary:
Responsible for managing core financial controlling activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and period-end closing processes. Ensures accurate monitoring of actuals and compliance with controlling standards. Provides support for local and regional controlling topics and drives continuous improvement of controlling procedures to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate key financial controlling processes such as forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, and consolidation of results. Partner with business unit stakeholders to build accurate financial plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Operate and compile closing comments for management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Monitor performance and drive actions to achieve KPIs, while fostering collaboration and enabling the team to work efficiently. Promote process improvements and leverage digital tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, or related.
- Fluent English is a must
- Knowledge with Power BI, Power Query
- At least 5 years of experience with financial planning, budget, forecast processes
- Microsoft Excel: Intermediate-advanced
- Leadership
- Teamwork
- Good communication skills
