Your Mission and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading the logistics strategy and operations for the IVV area across Latin America. Your mission is to lead a high-performing team to ensure optimal inventory levels that support the company’s cash flow, identify cost-saving opportunities within operations, maximize revenue, deliver exceptional service levels, and explore new service offerings. You will ensure the supply chain consistently delivers added value to both internal and external customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all logistics-related activities connected to the service center and customer support operations.
  • Drive the development and high performance of the logistics team, fostering individual and collective growth.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of integrated plans and improvement programs for material supply and capital flow, contributing to innovation and development projects within the logistics area.
  • Make timely decisions to ensure compliance with agreed timelines and quality standards in the supply process.
  • Ensure compliance with current customs and international trade regulations, as well as internal company policies.
  • Manage and coordinate all suppliers involved in the supply chain, ensuring adherence to service contracts and agreements.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding goods in transit and proactively communicate alternative actions to all stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external customers regarding logistics operations managed by third-party providers under your coordination.


Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in Logistics and/or International Trade.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in import/export logistics processes, customs management, and logistics supplier coordination.
  • Proven experience leading high-performance teams at a regional level.
