The Siemens DI Sales organization ideally focuses on providing solutions tailored to the specific needs of companies operating across a multitude of discrete, process, and hybrid industries. The Xcelerator Deployment organization plays a crucial role in understanding needs of forward-thinking customers, positioning Siemens as a technology leader to drive digital transformation today and tomorrow for and with our customers, aligning the value of innovative and evolving Siemens solutions with customer pain points, and deploying a combination of existing, evolving and exploring product portfolio elements (HW, SW, Services) as functional solutions at customer sites, continuously learning and constantly improving.

We are looking for System Lifecycle Manager. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental, United States. 

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Guiding differentiating systems from concept to scalable deployment, ensuring readiness across technical, commercial, and operational dimensions
  • Owning lifecycle progression through MVP, Incubate, Validate, and Replicate stages with clear milestones and transition gates
  • Coordinating pilots and cross-functional reviews to validate solution viability, scalability, and customer-centricity
  • Managing lifecycle documentation, variant tracking, and reusable learnings to support replication and field enablement
  • Aligning system maturity with business case validation, stakeholder expectations, and market readiness
  • Supporting system testing, performance monitoring, and interface management across the automation stack—from control systems to cloud

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or industrial systems 
  • 8+ years of experience in program or product lifecycle management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing domains 
  • Proven track record managing complex system lifecycles from concept to scalable deployment, including pilot coordination and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong understanding of industrial scalability, customer-centric solution development, and Siemens automation platforms across the full automation pyramid
  • Proficiency in lifecycle tracking tools, PDLM, and documentation of key plans (e.g., SEMP, BoE, system security, verification & validation)
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks, develop credible cost/schedule estimates, and ensure documentation meets lifecycle review maturity standards
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain traceability to strategic goals
  • Must currently reside in the continental USA. Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States and will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in systems engineering, business strategy, or industrial operations 
  • Experience with agile lifecycle frameworks and lean product development 
  • Exposure to IVR or similar innovation maturity models 
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) 
  • Experience in managing variant configurations and version compatibility across product lines
  • Experience in NASAs Systems Engineering & Lifecycle Review

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
