What do you contribute?

As part of the Engineering BA Team, you will share commercial responsibility for our Centers of Competence for Signaling, with approximately 440 employees.
You will act as a commercial partner to technical COC management in all commercial matters.
You will be the interface between Engineering Strategy & Data Engineering Portfolio, COC and our Lead Competence Engineering Centers (e.g. Cobra, Nertus, Portugal) for all commercial topics and help drive the further development of our LCE strategy.
Additionally, you analyze capacity planning and productivity contributing to its optimization across the Centers of Competence.
You will support the Engineering budget planning and cost center controlling, as well as CAPEX planning for Engineering investments.
You will advise the Engineering Leadership Team by challenging the status quo on tools and processes from a commercial standpoint and providing ad-hoc business analyses, e.g. on oCoS, hourly rates.
Perform the yearly social security process bonuses for Engineering employees in Siemens Mobility Spain (incl. interfaces with the internal Departments P&O, R&D, Usersalligment with technical counterpats, as well, as external tax consultant company)
In cooperation with the Consultant Company, active searching, submission of applications and controlling of ENG related activities Funds

What do you bring along?

You hold a Barchelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related economic discipline.
In addition, you impress us with professional experience in controlling and/or commercial project management (at least 3 years)
You stand out for your proactive mindset, clear communication, and continuous improvement attitude. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and contribute ideas that make processes smarter, faster, and more effective.
You have a background in the rail infrastructure industry.
Also, you are experienced in working in international project environments
You are passionate about technology and its continuous improvement, especially concerning digital tools and AI.
You have excellent English and Spanish skills
