Siemens is at an exciting stage of growth and innovation, and our Yatala site, home to the Overhead Medium Voltage Systems (OMVS) Centre of Excellence, is at the heart of it. We’re looking for a strategic, tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Business Process Analyst, helping drive operational efficiency, digital transformation, and process optimization across the business.

Role Purpose:
As the Business Process Coordinator, you will bridge technology, process management, and data analytics to improve workflows and support business objectives. You will be the local champion for key systems including Wrike, ISP, SharePoint, and Intelex, ensuring teams work smarter, processes are streamlined, and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Governance: Oversee project management and document systems, monitor usage, and maintain data integrity.
  • Quality Management: Maintain and enhance QMS processes, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Data & Reporting: Build Power BI dashboards, analyze system metrics, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Project & Document Support: Standardize templates, manage document workflows, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and track the effectiveness of changes.
  • Innovation: Explore AI and automation opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in systems support, process improvement, or quality management
  • Skilled in Power BI and document management platforms
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
