As a Production planning and control professional, you will perform the planning and scheduling activities of Air Insulated Medium Voltage Panels, Indoor and Outdoor circuit breakers to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
• Develop and review production plan with Managers for approval.
• Estimate needs for raw materials and give timely inputs to procurement teams.
• Oversee the production process, monitoring progress against schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with various departments, including logistics, procurement, production, and quality control, to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Track production quantities, analyze data, and report KPIs
• Support inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems. (SAP preferred).
• Experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Kanban, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of medium voltage products – air insulated panels, circuit breakers, manufacturing processes, inventory management, and logistics.
